Car emergencies are not so bad when you have really good people to help. My car was in a bad accident and needed to be repaired. Everyone here is professional and treat you like a person unlike many of the name brand shops. Edgar the shop owner was thorough and informative. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. He broke down everything for me. I had a million questions and he answered each of them with knowledge and patience. My vehicle is now in top shape. Even though I dont live in the area I will used Grand Auto for all my car maintenance.

After a very unpleasant experience at a Queens Honda / Yamaha motorcycle service center, because of my factory installed Akropovic sport silencer, I had to find a shop that actually knows a thing or two about not only cars, but motorcycle as well. I also had to find a place where the staff respects and treats customers professionally and not pound their chest trying to prove how much or how little they actually know about the NY State motorcycle inspection laws. It’s that time of the year and this was the time of year I thought that no matter where I would end up, somebody was going to give me a hard time and question my sport silencer once again and it will be a repeat of what happened to me last year at Honda / Yamaha. Well, it didn’t. In and out with ease. Great hospitality. Great conversation. No egos. No attitudes. No macho talk. Just straight professionals. Good work, fair price, fast service. I took my Toyota land cruiser there after my Toyota dealer told me I was leaking coolant into my cylinder heads and it would need a new engine..all in it would have been approx 10k in work and parts. I brought it to these guys to get a second opinion. They diagnosed a leaky radiator right away and were able to repair it faster than other shops I had taken it to and at a much more reasonable price. will be going back. Thank you grand auto repair
